Originally from Vadodara, INDIA, Karan Gandhi founded BUMPIT® in 2019 out of concern for the Environment and a desire to help others live more sustainably. The first prototype of this mechanical water pumping bump emerged in the year 2017 as a final year engineering project, the success at that time lead Karan Gandhi to established BUMPIT® today. With his experience at Express Group of Companies post the graduation motivated him to come up with a business plan on BUMPIT®.

He has a range of mechanical and business qualifications including a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (VIT Chennai, INDIA) and a Master of Business Administration with majors in Project Management (DEAKIN UNIVERSITY, AUSTRALIA). Karan has previously worked for multinational engineering firms and commercial organizations in India and Australia.

A mechanical engineer by background Karan has played key roles in the design and delivery of multidisciplinary engineering services across multiple sectors including commercial, industrial, and mechanical engineering firms. Passionate about design and inspired by the magic that comes from the collaboration of teams, Karan brings a creative and inclusive mindset to BUMPIT®. He is responsible for both internal and external project management and coordination. He prides himself in delivering a custom engineering solution tailored to the client’s needs, meeting budgets and timing objectives

Mr. Rakesh K Gandhi, Director of Express Equipment Rental & Logistics Pvt. Ltd., holds 28 years of industry experience. He has been an inspiring leader, his intimate knowledge and experience in Automotive and Project Management has helped initiate the idea of BUMPIT®. BUMPIT®’s Quality Assurance and Risk Assessment is carried out under his guided expert team.He oversees the cumulative growth of BUMPIT® by overcoming strong competition and operational roadblocks to its expansion. He is the best example to show that there is no replacement for hard work in reaching your goals and achieving them.

Mr. Hetal Gandhi, Director of Express Engineering Constructions Pvt. Ltd., holds 20 years of industry experience. He has been an exclusive identity as a unique & reliable solution provider for the manufacturing industries, his profound knowledge and experience in Mechanical Engineering and problem-solving skills has helped towards the technical phase of BUMPIT®.
