Phase 2 - Product Feasibility Assessment (3-5 Days)
• Site inspection (width of the road, Site Location, accessibility)
• Site inspection charges applicable on case to case basis.
• Checking proximity to water source and storage
• Reviewing government regulations in the desired location
• Providing with initial set-up figures (Cost-if any, benefits etc.)
Phase 3 - Price Quotation (1-3 Days)
• BUMPIT® prices are quoted based on 2 factors:
1. Based on feasibility assessment (Refer Phase 2)
2. Special requirements (Customized size or project handling requests)
• Final cost for BUMPIT® is presented after assessment of above-mentioned factors
• Site preparation at client’s cost shall be discussed
• 60% Payment deposit before Engineering Phase Implementation (Phase 4)
1. Based on feasibility assessment (Refer Phase 2)
2. Special requirements (Customized size or project handling requests)
• Final cost for BUMPIT® is presented after assessment of above-mentioned factors
• Site preparation at client’s cost shall be discussed
• 60% Payment deposit before Engineering Phase Implementation (Phase 4)
Phase 4 - Engineering Works (7-14 Days) *
• The manufacturing work is initiated after the 60% payment is received
• Meanwhile the client is asked to accomplish the site preparation task
• Clients are always kept updated on the progress
* The time can vary based on variants and custom made BUMPIT®.
Phase 5 - Quality Checks and Delivery (5-8 Days) *
• Quality checks includes Site visit by a BUMPIT® Professional ensuring the site is prepared as per the dimensions and the standards discussed in order to secure BUMPIT®
• 20% Payment required before delivery phase
• Transport is booked in advanced and BUMPIT® is dispatched for the destination at extra cost / in client scope
• BUMPIT® is unloaded &installed into the Earth and the plumbing for the same is carried out within the next 2 business days. Equipment / Manpower shall be in provided by client on FOC basis and same shall be done under our supervision
• Engineers will take an onsite trials and tests after physical inspections guarantying client satisfaction
* The time can vary if the site/groundwork is not prepared or does not match the standards.
Phase 6 - Instructions, Warranty and Final Payments
• The client is acknowledged with the product/project summary involving any additional product information.
• Warranty and Final receipt are generated
• Clients to pay the full (Pending 20%) fees for BUMPIT® on successful completion of the project
